All orders ship Monday through Friday from Los Angeles, California via Ground USPS Priority Mail. Order processing takes 1 to 2 days for standard shipments.
A Few Notes:
• Shipping is on us with purchase of 2 or more frames! Free shipping is ground via USPS priority mail and is valid for only one destination per order.
• We only ship domestically within the US.
• Shipping charge for 1 frame depends on USPS zone of your shipping address.
• Orders placed after 5pm PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
• No PO box address please! Please provide a valid street address.
• The pickup day does not count as a day in transit.
• We’re not responsible for shipping delays.
Need to cancel your order or make an adjustment? Please let us know right away by emailing . We’ll fully refund you or make adjustment to your order if request is submitted within 24 hours after purchase. Unfortunately we’re unable to make any changes after this period because we will be busy packing and shipping the products to you!
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the products, simply email your return request to , and we will email you a return authorization form. Please send back the frame(s) in the original box with a printout of the completed return authorization form, and email us back your shipment tracking number. To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
1. All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be unworn, in saleable condition with hangtag attached.
3. The merchandise must not be altered.
A Few Notes:
• Free return shipping is only offered for purchases of 2 or more frames, and we will refund you the return shipping cost.
• You may return the merchandise in its original box, but please black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.
• If you do not have the return authorization form, you may print out the shipment notification email as your proof of purchase. Please include a note stating why you are returning the merchandise.
• We’re not responsible for products delivered to a wrong address provided by the customer, so please double check the address you entered online!
• Please handle the products with care as damages caused by improper handling is not our responsibility.
The Winkniks limited warranty covers all defects in materials or workmanship of your frame. We’re confident about the quality of our products, but if you have a defective frame, please return it via our Return Policy, and we’ll try to repair the frame. If we’re unable to repair the defect, then we’ll gladly replace it with a new frame or refund you the purchase price. You bear only the costs of postage/shipping to Winkniks. This limited warranty is effective for 1 year from the date of purchase.
What’s not covered by warranty are the following:
• normal wear and tear
• scratches on lenses
• damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage
• damage caused by chemicals (hair spray, perfume, cologne, window cleaner, alcohol, etc.)
• modifications or repairs
• problems related to prescription lenses
• loss of eyewear
The warranty described above applies to and benefits only retail consumers and not commercial resellers.
